Thanks for reminding me of the reply above by using my topic, 1294. I keep a list of topics I have made comments to but the list is getting longer and I fail to revisit them often enough. I too have resorted to posting comments, when appropriate, to an authors topic which were made on another topic.
The significant resultant of the triangle pair construct is the single value that represents the mathematically derived numeric value for the speed of light (without scaling),

which is also the numeric value of the frequency associated with the speed of light when expressed in "intrinsic units". SI units have completely distorted the relationship between fundamental physical characteristics. My topic, 1294, exposed this distortion. I wonder if the FQXi reviewers will realize they have been fooled by the two century propaganda campaign waged by the BIPM? A well oiled propaganda campaign can fool most of the people all the time.
If a wavelength has a length of one meter and 299,792,458 of these wavelengths occur in one second, that represents a frequency of 299.792458 Hz. Since the metre is a completely artificial construct, having no relationship to any physical constant or physical law, the numeric value is meaningless in the point of view of physical law.
I do not believe Einstein's General Relativity of gravity, it is too abstract. There is a simple, but not too simple, explanation for what causes the force of gravity. Please note references [6] and [7] cited below, which I reference in the paper cited below them. These two gentlemen identified an EM cause of gravity in 2004.
