Essay Abstract

This article is about consciousness and time's affect on it. I attempt to explain Einstein's relativity, and ultimately our universe, in a notion that has escaped mainstream physics for a century. This explanation will drastically change the current paradigm.

Author Bio

I am not a physicist. Modern day physicists express their thoughts through mathematics. I consider myself a philosopher because I believe mathematics escapes logic and leads people down crazy road. I am from a small town in Blue Ridge Georgia, and have no real educational background, except for a life of pondering and self teaching through the library and the internet.

Chris your biography states that you have no formal physics education but do your own research through the internet and libraries. The only source in your paper www.youstupidrelativist.com does not have a shred of credibility and consists of anti-intellectual rhetoric e.g.

"I believe that all mathematical physicists should be hanged from the highest trees and telephone poles available. If the laws forbid this, or it messes up the landscape, then we should institutionalize the whole lot of them. But keep in mind that there aren't enough funny farms to hold so many idiots."

Lynching is illegal see Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241. I also find it ironic this website was created using transistor technology and is, "...committed to the destruction of the religion known as Mathematical Physics General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics..."

If you are interested in physics and do most of your research via the internet an excellent resource is: http://scienceworld.wolfram.com/physics/

I second Brian Beverly's comment, and also want to add the following.

Mr. Brown,

You praise Logic so much in your essay, and you think you rely entirely on it to draw your conclusions. But then look what kind of use of Logic you make:

On p. 4, you write: "There is nothing anyone can say to convince me otherwise." Then only two paragraphs down below that you write: "Descartes said "If you would be a real seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt, as far as possible, all things.""

That's called a _contradiction_ in Logic 101, a contradiction that you entertain and undermines your reasoning. You seem to be too dogmatic in your views, but you accuse all others of being dogmatic except yourself.

One last thing: contrary to all appearances, the earth is not flat. Think about it.

Indeed you are right RQH that the statement "there is nothing anyone can say to convince me otherwise" was a bad choice of words. I was only expressing strong belief. On the other hand, one can not fight dogma with passive expressions.

I threw this paper together in a couple of hours. I just wanted to see what people would say. I probably should have spent more time on it.

The reason I only referenced youstupidrelativist is because of the tragic dogma and lack of logic in science today. The guy is a little crazy, but he has a few ideas.

Thanks for the research link, but I am not ignorant of science. I actually have a strong understanding of the physical laws, but have a hard time grasping things like "warped conceptualizations" and one dimensional strings.

Notice that you guys didn't discuss science in your posts, you only tried to school me on the way I think. I could debate you into a corner if allowed.

Listen, science is failing miserably and I do not wish to be a part of the cool crowd anyways.

One more thing, science isn't about credentials, it is truth seeking.

I'm sorry that I was mean in my post. It is just that death threats to theoretical physicists are a little unorthodox. I would be happy to debate mathematics or philosophy. I noticed that you do not care for mathematics but praise philosophy, however, mathematics comes from the logic of philosophy.
