Dynamic Universe Model says that the energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation passing grazingly near any gravitating mass changes its in frequency and finally will convert into neutrinos (mass). We all know that there is no experiment or quest in this direction. Energy conversion happens from mass to energy with the famous E=mC2, the other side of this conversion was not thought off. This is a new fundamental prediction by Dynamic Universe Model, a foundational quest in the area of Astrophysics and Cosmology.

In accordance with Dynamic Universe Model frequency shift happens on both the sides of spectrum when any electromagnetic radiation passes grazingly near gravitating mass. Dear Professor Henry,

A short & sweet essay. I'm interested in your failure to produce the QM Hamiltonian. Indeed as one astronomer to another I'd like to ask your assistance.

I think I may have uncovered an additional set of inverse momenta with an orthogonal cos distribution and complementarity with conventional OAM. While apparently guilty of thinking classically it none the less appears to work, producing a CSHS >2 (and required detection steering inequality).

I'm not a mathematician, but I suggest this may allow the Hamiltonian. I know if it does it may be 'proving yourself wrong', but you know that's the aim of all good scientists!

First I hope you'll read my strictly ontological essay giving the mechanism, invoking Maxwell to replace Bohr's 'no assumption' for pair morphology - Inverse Cos proved with a simple physical experiment representing one of 2 exchanges of momenta. (the model also classically derives non-integer spin - see the short video). Declan Traill's then gives the matching computer code and Cos^2 plot in his essay.

Another collaborator is optics man John Minkowski, ex of Baltimore, but it's mainly not his field, and we need a top math man able to handle the Lagrangian - Hamiltonian proof - if now possible. Or to say if it's still not and why.
