Why did not FQXi crown Jules Barbour? He explained why time doesn`t exist. He won the day! Where`s the Scientific Fountain of Youth, we are now looking at leaping at us from the future.

Oh well, the important thing is it worked out, and the opportunity won`t have to wait another 50 years.

Did the powers know truly, as their judgement proclaimed so? Did they not care? Well, I made an observation, and I tell anyone who will listen! Which is no one, since no one wants to talk about time!

I find it exceedingly odd that Amrit`s essay about time not existing, not only didn`t win even a thousand dollars, but won nothing while stating time does not exist?

Jules Barbour, who`s top essay also says time does not exist, and is likewise little celebrated?

Two essays telling FQXi scientist`s that time does not exist!

Why are we in the position of not giving a shit about time?

Perhaps a lack of imaginings of the enormous consequences?

I think we may begin to hear of a Scientific tsunami as news leaks out.

Jules won. Amrit`s essay essentially have any commentary? Remember, the two`s conclusion was the same?

Why was a new scientific age averted? My one pager also agreed with the other two? I didn`t a new age dawn? Shameful lack of duty!

I tried before to spark the SCIENTIFIC TSUNAMI. I ran out of time, and spent a month in a mental facility. A close, but lost opportunity. I tried to forget about the good looking future. I tried to forget Amrit and Jules`s minor recognition?

Jules Barbour`s winning essay`s abstract.

"A review of the basic facts of classical dynamics shows that time, or precisely duration, is redundant as a fundamental concept.

Duration and the behaviour of clocks emerge from a timeless law that governs change."

Would it not be the right time to buckle down and support Jules essay by fleshing it out?

Is that not the role of Science?

Jules told us the story. He was awarded first prize. Then why aren`t we supporting his findings?

I took the first year in Astronomy at the University of Manitoba. Professor Lockhart told us to write a definition about time? Then, after some silence, he said to forget it, because he didn`t want 200 different essays! He had a good sense of humour!

For 30 years I have had a clear understanding of the question. But, it turned out everyone glazed over when I approached the conversation?

At the end of 2,008, Carlo Rovelli entered his essay. Scientific American had devoted a whole issue! Time too!

I had my vehicle, all I had to do was tune it up!

I was getting close to being ready in the past 6 months. I was writng the story, FQXi was holding the records.

My daughter died in February.

I changed my game plan entirely! I played Steve as if we were having a game of go. Steve has the physics, and I could count on him to explain the science.

The go principles are to not take a loss, always find a way.

361 places to play on the board. It`s a territorial game like chess, but you have an endless supply of troops(stones). The idea is to painstakingly whittle your opponent down.

A Chess board in 3 dimension is a hill, your queen gets to use the border as strength. A Go board is 4 high ground corners with not one squirmish at a time, but fighting breaking out everywhere. It`s the Japanese national game. Chinese in origin.

I am sorry for your daughter, I present you my condolences.

About FQXi , I have known them since the begining and they make a good job, they have members of course and they are all different thinkers, professional mainly and I like several thinkers of FQXi , like penrose, richard gil who is a friend on facebook, rovelli ....I believe that FQXi is just about the essays , they don t favorise the members but the winners were logic for me. I have learnt so much on this platform and I have improved a lot my theory, I believe that a theory is never finished in fact, it is this improvement the most important at my humble opinion and the fact to try to prove our assumtions.

I know that I must publish and that my theory has a different general philosophy than these strings wich are an institution like the GR and photons like primary essence. Personally I think that they turn in round in this philosophical prison , the SM does not seem to be from this GR and the fields. We know too that our community is maybe one of the most vanitious on this earth lol , we have difficulties to change a line of reasoning and to accept the other different ideas. We have too this competition like parameter instead of this cooperation. But it is like this.

The perimeter institute seems too a good foundation , you have chance to live in canada it is a wonderful country, me I have immigrated in finland , it is wonderful too with 86 percent of forests, I live in a farm in the forest with my girlfriend.

Or, like a thousand other books, he`s going to allege that I`m from the future, here to film the actual events as they unfold.

I know that Stephen could use the cash.

you know Jim, I believe that we can change and improve the global system, it is just choices. The humans can do it. If I have created this project global collaboration it is for this, to unite and create these solutions where all wins and convice the UN. Fqxi is the good place for this , they are near new york like the world bank, the UN, wall street , so we can do it. If systems fear of a kind of wise revolution , I can understand , maybe they fear to loose their power and interests , but they can keep it , they have a responsability even. the royal famillies, the billonaires, the politicians, the judges, ....they can help and find the points of equilibrium, the capitalism can be more universal simply. There is like a kind of normality accepted unfortunally and a lot of competitions and vanity even like the individualism, the materialism, the unconsciousness, the greed....we must change in fact in being more conscious and universal, the majority of humans need also to be reasured by our governments and leaders. The psychology sometimes is very odd due to problems of adaptation and education. We could have a lot of chaotical exponentials in a near future if we don t change globally and generally.

Hi Steve,

The global system is working well. The level of mutual support is broad in terms of everyone having to fight the virus. Now we know how to do what was previously impossible!

The whole thing is going off remarkably well. Here in Canada, we don`t have vaccination production, yet Justin Trudeau has achieved with us one of the best vaccination rates in the world!

And he legalized marijuana!

Are they not under an obligation to clarify the contest rules?

Hi Jim, I am sorry but no the global system does not work well, it can be improved, too much persons accept it like a normality in telling it is like this, we evolve , we are better than in the past, yes we have improved it but it is not sufficient and the solutions exist. If they didn t exist these solutions I could understand but it is not the case, they are rational and universal. The human psychology can be improved and for this we must reasure them and create a better global system where all wins.

For the covid it is complex, the vaccinations are complex, they are all in competition and this ribovirus is a virus at ARN and the potential of mutations is very important, the omicron is a first step, if we give vaccinations to a virus already mutated and too we have many mutations agents in our global environments full of chemical products and phytopharmaceutical products and many meds , so you imagine ?

I believe that FQXi yes is just and fair. I am not christian, I respect that said the choices of humans, I am tolerant, I consider like einstein a god of spinoza. And the sciences are the real language of this universe for me yes.

You are a nice guy Steve. So is Amrit. Jules essay won because he said there was no such thing. Amrit said there`s no time, and he won zip? How does that work Steve? Are you feeling forgiving? Amrit missed 14 years of being celebrated around the world.

What about me Steve. I was a little further down the road saying what I say about rotation. The ideas were right there! They held the contest, they named Jules the winner! They asked me if I would change my mind about entering my one page essay. I would have found another organization to spark the Scientific Tsunami, but without FQXi`, existence, I would not have made it.
