Have you formed an opinion of the Koide formula?
Motl and many others think the Koide formula is a meaningless coincidence -- my guess is that the Koide formula is one of the keys to understanding string theory.

I enjoyed your original and wide ranging essay. As is common in these parts the very mention of a 'God' seems to have locked your score on 1, but that attitude itself betrays 'beliefs', something I don't use so I have no such objection. You may be pleased to hear I have it down for the far higher score I consider it warrants.
I found raising the Q also original and interesting. We can have no idea on intelligent entities, being entirely undecidable. Our only hope can be we evolve to intelligent beings ourselves! Though data to date has little consistency with that hypothesis!
I do hope you'll read and score my essay which is deep and wide ranging. Among many other things I show how just the motion of a finger could lead to a universe from the dark energy field!

I really enjoyed your essay. I liked the witty introduction of the Q-demon - as a kind of antipode to the Laplace demon. Indeed, if we talk about non-computability, then it is precisely such a demon that opposes Pierre-Simon de Laplace's all-calculating super-being! I agree with your examples. I especially liked the Dark Matter example. I wrote about this book "The Death of Dark Matter: Philosophical Principles in Physical Cognition." I write there that non-baryonic dark matter is the "idol of the scientific subconscious" (can be found on the internet).
I am also happy to support the scientist from the University of Tartu. In 1982, I was in Tartu on the 350th anniversary of your university. (I was a member of the delegation of Krasnoyarsk state University.)
I wish you the realization of your bold ideas and projects.
