Catalina Curceanu "Testing Quantum Mechanics Underground: Sneaking a look at God’s cards"

We are experimentally investigating possible departures from the standard quantum mechanics’ predictions at the Gran Sasso underground laboratory in Italy. In particular, with radiation detectors we are searching signals predicted by the collapse models (spontaneous emission of radiation) which were proposed to solve the “measurement problem” in quantum physics and signals coming from a possible violation of the Pauli Exclusion Principle. I shall discuss our recent results which ruled out the natural parameter-free version of the gravity-related collapse model and the implications for Orch OR models. I shall then present more generic results on testing CSL (Continuous Spontaneous Localization) collapse models and discuss future perspectives. Finally, I shall briefly present the VIP experiment with which we look for possible violations of the Pauli Exclusion Principle by searching for “impossible” atomic transitions and comment the impact of this research in relation to Quantum Gravity models. Borrowing the title of a beautiful book of Giancarlo Ghirardi – I shall tell you the story of how we are sneaking a look at God’s cards in the cosmic silence!

Great your youtube Dr Curceanu , I wait that the LHC and you all the scientists find these deeper scalar fields from the DE and DM, that will prove my humble intuitive equation, E=m(c²+Xl²)+Y=2 mc² , Xl is just for the DM and Y for the DE , that considers simply that the DE encodes the DM and Photons to cretae the ordinary matter baryonic,

so for the consciousness if I am right we need these deeper particles and fields , the actual reasonings seem not sufficient ,

I wish you that said to find these radiations with your experiments but we need these deeper fields and particles and a deeper philosophy added to our actual GR and QFT ,

It is mainly philosophical because the collapses and quantum superpositions are just an assumption for this consciousness, it is mainly due also to the fact that the gravitation must be interpreted also with deeper parameters, if the gravity is taken like cause of collapses, so we consider this GR like cause philosophically speaking, but if god or the universe does not create the reality like this and that these depper particles and fields are a reality from this DM and DE ., so all is different.

The non commutativity that said seems essential but not only in taking into account this GR , we need to go farer at my humble opinion than just this GR and a kind of vacuum of this GR to reach the consciousness, the problem is technological in fact and due to limitations in lnowledges in maths, physics and philosophy mainly .
