I think (no, I know for sure!) that the philosophy of nature that Mr. Butterfield is talking about is entirely and completely the only true and scientific philosophy of dialectical materialism. I have a book called “Theory of Nature” (TN) and a number of articles. Their philosophical basis is the philosophy of dialectical materialism, which develops a dialectical-materialistic worldview.
And this was the main decisive and determining factor in the fact that more than 40 fundamental problems of the foundations of physics and cosmogony (cosmology) were solved within the framework of TN.
TN is a scientific Revolution in physics and cosmogony (cosmology)!
