Greetings RoseWren -- I was the programmer for Paul S. Prueitt, Ph.D, who hosted in the 1990s a Soviet semiologist (symbols and meaning)... Perhaps this was Alex Zenkin, himself... who exchanged the knowledge of the Soviet Quasi Axiomatic theory AND Paradigm (QAT) --for a month of room an board in a Beltway town in Virginia. (shared directly to me by telephone in 1999 from Prueitt).
Dr. Prueitt taught me. the paradigm. I wrote public domain contribution for DARPA, BAA2000. Therein, as the architect and author of the solution, I have legal-immunity, a carveout for citizen-non-contractors that donate knowledge. The QAT team was funded 0.8 billion USD twice by 2001 = 1.6 billion USD on a complete mind model... unlike the back-propagation partial-model EVERYBODY THINKS IS Artificial Intelligence. 'They' spoofed us, unsuspecting folk. Again.
Or, maybe they haven't figured it out for themselves yet --as FISA AI queries hunting for violations are non-context-sensitive. While the full mind model easily seen once seen (paradigmatical leap of logic ---just say 'Yes' --it's a social brain block that passivates negativity which is caustic to a dream driving YOUR breakthrough.)

From the Cold War mind meld, a national Soviet consortium --unfettered by transdiciplinary text-book-disjoint-philosophy, they left Western academia who yet continue to argue about half-dead-cats (a CIA misdirection, along with quantum-gravity per Eric Weinstein )
The Soviet mind meld realized a mathematical UNIT OF PERCEPTION. The Unit of Perception-Test placed in Markovian iterations produces forward-propagation of conscious structure in unknown chaos.
The UPT required three random selections on one sparse-sampled datum set. In deep-iteration, unanticipated magic emerges when compared to a time-parallel datum stream measured on a different basis.
Category theory jargon is needed beyond that, and my knowledge is non-academic and reverse-engineered from the way I wrote the DARPA QAT in 2000 for the Chief Investigator who gave room-and-board for the whole mind model that now nobody owns... I just know about it... and I understand it... but that doesn't successful collaboration make.
