I appreciate the time dedicated to read this essay. I apologize by answering until now, it seems I did not see your answer in the inbox but is me paying this mistake I lost valuable time of knowing your concepts and visions.

A consistent history lesson is that war has been a strong, deep and revolutionary movement in human kind that has leaded toward scientific, technological and methodical changes. Even though by learning bioprocesses this phase repeats again as a constant. Black Sky Thinking aware of this continuous lesson of chaotic way of changing things proposes a new basis for this change: a responsible way of modifying cosmos cybernetics. It is maybe cosmos that creates radical ways to impose or propose a new system but if we are the cosmos can we change that? If we were given the gift of self-understanding, self-comprehending and self-changing things do we understand our power to do so or we will continue old tracks that lead to the same places?

It is in our dreams, desires and goals the intrinsic possibility of realization; if we can dream it we can create it. History shows us that is not in war where development and innovation are but in the investment of wealth, when there is war the investment goes directly to technology and innovation. What to think about it? Can we change that? Can we create a life by design? Or do we enjoy the randomness of cosmos? If we are hardwired to violence and we realize that do we have the power to change that?

Mr. Dunn you are sharing an elegant form that I could not find to express how to eliminate corruption. I agree with you, one of my questions is if we can get to know or measure how corruption has decreased the quality of human being DNA or delayed its evolution. In Black Sky Thinking the purpose of self-evaluation measurement and comparison with standards that are leading to HENOSIS in a system looking for rational cybernetics. It is a smart way to create a circuit to identify bottom/up or top/down system, this can lead to statistics and an on time answer or resonance of the action generated. For this purpose is the use of wearable computing.

It is interesting to read that several different proposals are leading to such a great goal: a rational steer of human kind future and all living forms. It could be a proposal that can provide an integral, accurate and useful solution to this goal. Black Sky Thinking purpose is, as you stated your own vision, to propose or give basis for implementable, tangible and rational solution on real time with the heart in higher purpose with the mind on rational implementations.

This is my first time writing an essay for a competition of this nature in my life. I do not know anything about you (what do you do, how is your thinking even though how do you look like) or your work, be so kind to comprehend my ignorance toward you. This can be changed if you have the kindness of directing my attention toward your work, books or anything that could widen my understanding about you.

I am sure, as you say that Black Sky Thinking may not be unique, there are a lot of human beings who eager their existence to achieve HENOSIS and to share it in the well-being of human kind. I am glad of your words to realize there is no blindness on human kind that we share a positive, constructive and assertively kind vision. If you read the attachment in the Cybernetics Sequence Model that is creation of Volodymyr Kunko-Bohslavetz you will find that he came to this solution after reading and analyzing great minds work.

Black Sky Thinking is the progress of my way to express how we can turn into tangible our intangible kind inner realities. This project is more about my heart than my brain, I conceived it in my heart and tried to develop it in a structured way. Since my university thesis I designed a living museum but in my country that is unnecessary due this seems to be a living museum country. Then I designed a toy for kids to improve their knowledge of themselves and the world; a toy that they will design, modify and to create a thinking, improve a spirit and widen comprehension. This same project then was modified for all human kind and has been changing with time to time. Now is BLACK SKY THINKING, I keep track of all previous versions, if you are interested. Beyond that I am very happy to know I share a highly spirited vision of existence with other human being. Thank you for sharing this touching and welcome thought. While I was creating Black Sky Thinking or "muñequitas project" or "living museum" project my goal has always being to generate a field of improvement for all people that like you effort, eager and create better realities. In deed I have nobody whom to speak about this creation in my current reality so it feels very comfortable to know there are more souls committed to create realities of improvement. According to him in the book of Masaru Emamoto it is described that morphic fields affect when there is a scientific discovery in one part of the world this happens at the same time in another part of the world or several parts of the world.

I hope reading this essay do not caused you a negative feeling. When I was creating it I had the perception someone was reading it and making it happen by parts in different places of the world. Then I realized this was not the case. After that I remembered this morphic fields of Mr. Sheldrake and realized that is very possible. As Neil deGrasse Tyson said: "We are all connected; To each other, biologically. To the earth, chemically. To the rest of the universe atomically."

I know more people who had expressed me that they had created a similar project as Black Sky Thinking so as you can see we can be glad we are not the only ones.

    I don't agree with dominant centralized values in a global context. Depending upon the social group there may be some shared values, but the dominance of these values are not universal.

    An assembly line worker needs certain qualities to be happy in their workplace. A traffic policeman shares many of the traits needed by assembly line workers, due to the repetitive nature of their job. People who do not share the a joy in doing repetitive tasking should not hold related positions. They should instead have opportunities to become a Detective or some other position where repetition does not occur as often.

    People need to be diverse and categorized so that opportunities can be fit to and made available to them; along with the related training.

    Values are systems of relationships and perspectives that support a system of outcomes. The feedback of opportunities reinforces those values. If everyone has the same values, there won't be enough opportunities to support those values and this is where corruption lives.

    Physics is the abstraction of mathematics to represent cosmology. Corruption lives in the manipulation of the availability of opportunities. The super-collider gets funding and support personnel because of influence of perceived value. Even though not one useful product has been produced from manipulating subatomic particles other than neutron, proton, electron, and photon. So in useful terms, being able to manipulate perceived values is of great importance for the research of physics; and everything else in competition with physics.

    I look forward to discussing how aspects of your proposal can be commercialized. I know elsewhere the author of Open Peer Review pushes for transparency, but this blatantly would be negligent business practice.

    Your Conception - it is a good basis for further in-depth "brainstorming." Obviously, it is necessary to make more concepts of the "LifeWorld" (E.Husserl), poetics, that it was closer to the common people, the inhabitants of the spaceship called "Earth". It is also possible to interpret the concept of "matrix" as a "source", "generating source." Today it is obvious that the Scientific picture of the world should be the same rich sense of "LifeWorld" as the picture of the world of lyricists. A special role should be in education. Nurturing creative personality, and not the future of "professionals", is the main task of education, especially school.

      Black Sky Thinking, of course, is not fantasy, but your poetic depiction makes it sound so. Considering the present global situation, it will take such an effort to bring the change that is needed. I do not describe my suggested changes as Black Sky Thinking but the vision is the same. My "thinking beyond" involves thinking beyond the confines of our solar system. My thinking within is the microcosm of the universe we call our brain.

      Your essay is poetic and metaphorical. Such is needed to inspire the changes needed to bring about a viable future.

        I appreciate your kind words toward my essay, I effort too much on minimizing it as all people here. It is amazing when one sparkle of light from the matrix appears how immense is the light of all the good readings, experiences and most important of all human interactions that were positive emerge like a field.

        Definitely I am very focused in a program of action and basis fundaments to direct the living energy toward constructive, structured-flexible-adaptable fields of reality and reasonable use of cosmos. My name is Orenda and means vital energy I want to be congruent to my name with my actions.

        It is very important to read that you share a positive view with great minds in their constructive and positive eagerness and actions. The fundament of freedom is the recognition of necessity as you say but we may also focus on positive ways to achieve the goal to overcome this necessity. As Buckminster Fuller created an intangible field and left basis to provide positive-intelligent-solutions, I am confident we may continue this track with our intellectual, emotional and spiritual tools.

        You are absolutely correct that I need to invest in more concepts of "LifeWorld", I am working on that already. If we are going to manufacture the cybernetics of cosmos it is vital that the intelligence and spirit of such artist may be focused in higher, polished and intelligent fields of cosmos. Knowledge per se is like matter, it depends in the artist how it is going to be used.

        In some ways this is the most realistic essay here. A plan to form a committee that will form a committee that will plan to ask a question is sadly the way government works. Most of the time governments wait for someone to find an answer and then take the credit. I do feel this is more of a poster than an essay. This does not mean that the ideas are poor, but this does not have the style and flow of an essay. This also makes giving this a rating is difficult. Should I grade this as an essay, a plan or a powerpoint pitch?

        An original approach, and I recognised some key aspects of my own version of 'black sky thinking' which involves escaping our Earth centric 'blue sky is up' bounds. There is no 'up' in space so the 'black sky' is also beyond our feet.

        Having negotiated a rather directionless stream of words (shortening 'black sky thinking' to BST would have helped!) things improved when we got to the practical and organisational applications. Personally I'd have liked more solid action and directions, but I do take an unusually direct pro-active view. For example I like the following but will tell you how I extend them;

        "...strive to implement ..innovative strategies that will revolutionize the effectiveness and accuracy of technology."

        "provide assertive, viable and self-explained solutions in an appropriate timing accessible to different levels of human kind understanding."

        "The expansion of human knowledge, intervention and activities in the universe" ... "decoding the different expressions of reality."

        I point out in my essay that we're going 'NOWHERE FAST' all the time we keep our divided understandings of nature (Quantum v Classical) which are incompatible. All the above means we must let go and study other models for a better one. I then, shockingly, present one that WORKS! giving logical and comprehensible QM via a classical mechanism. You don't need to understand the present spooky nonsense to see how it's removed. The WHOLE of science gets a quantum leap.

        "Re-engineering educational models to shortage the time-space- waste of human capital to obtain maximized results, orientated to have an efficient use of the universe. Reduce the time-space investment of human capital in waste, irrelevant and negative information. "

        Absolutely right. And also WRONG information! We need to EDUCATE for BSF to escape doctrine and parochial belief based thinking. I send Bob and Alice off into a black sky environment to show what it can do to free thinking.

        Some don't seem to see the point or value of BST, or the results in my essay. I suspect you will, but do let me know (and do score it - it needs the points!) Well done for yours. It's an interesting project with good potential. If you agree it needs to be more tangible I could perhaps help if you wish.

        It is fascinating that as Human beings we eager to provide fields of development for all Human Kind instead of an ego centered solution. The Black Sky Thinking I developed is not trying to escape from Earth but to transform it into a an intelligent spiral of continuous communication with cosmos based on this: http://www.social-consciousness.com/2013/01/physicists-find-evidence-that-universe-is-conscious.html?m=1in The key point to make this feasible is to do it through Human Kind that in terms of Theosophy are capble of the "Verb" or in term of physics we are the source of autodirected "action". Black Sky Thinking will provide blue prints that will modify the way how the humanity actions will transform the cosmos (because that is already happening).

        There is no directionless but the inclusion of expanded terms, our society is used to reduce the thinking to specific terms and we were taught to consider them as reliable but cosmos is a consecutive stream of happenings. I am seriously considering your suggestion of shortening the terms, I appreciate your kind suggestion.

        The actions and directions of BST are definitely based in innovative technologies but based in the Immanent nature of cosmos. The basis of BST are laws based on genetic evolution, holographic world, wereable computing, big data, etc... All this will provide basis to determine the real timing of human kind evolution and based on this the systems that can provide a realistic, on time and intelligent solution of Human Kind Evolution. BST is knowledge, philosophy and intelligence taking assertive, on time and effective ACTION.

        The puzzle that you point of nature fields that you consider incompatible (Quantum vs Classical) are correlated because is necessary the Quantum in order to get to the Classical. In this case I find that applies the explanation of the Cerejidos:

        "Each hierarchical level was new once and emerged as the product of the interaction between the levels already existing and the environment, which also includes other individuals and other species. The new levels are less restrictive than the lower and therefore have greater scope for error and creativity. At this stage, the upper and newer seems to be intellectual one.         If the universe can successfully, functional and effectively sheathe so diverse fields or dimensions, we may have an inherent capability to comprehend and use this through the higher levels of evolvement in cosmos: intellectual and spiritual. So in this case we share a vision in this and you developed the know how in your project.

        I am intrigued to read how Bob and Alice will show how to free thinking. I think that is an inner work and most of all an inner desire tattooed in the DNA, but as you say that can also be inspired in people. I will for sure score your work and I am always interested in people with revolutionary and EFFECTIVE, ASSERTIVE and HUMANISTICAL THINKING. The BST I have developed it is focused on transforming into tangible through technology the intangible world.

          I read your essay with great interest and wish to read it again and give you a more detailed feedback. I admire that your solution is a new way of thinking and understanding of the Universe. Your find quote "The land will be as the men are" can be easily link with the more general principle of Hermes Trismegistus "That which is up is that which is down. That which is down is that which is up". I success of humanity involves great changes in our perception upon the Universe. I also admire the practical point in the Black Sky Thinking project meaning the list of needed specialists for economics, science and so on. To summarize your essay has a philosophical and a practical aspect both clear in its meaning.

          The universe is at least in me because my body is made of atoms and follows different systems that are reality of the universe: chemistry, phisics, mathematical, biological, etc... and poetical that is one of the highest levels of expression of cosmos.
