You know what I find very relevant with humility of course.
The velocity of rotations of the spheres imply a decrease of mass, and the linear velocity increases the mass, thus this two gauges are essentials, more the sense implying the difference between the light and the gravity.
The mass takes all its sense with this simple fact of rotating spheres with their specific finite number.

You know about your post, I am not a fan of the special relativity.
I prefer the correlations with the foundamentals, the general relativity, the restr.relativity, the theory of quanta, the theory of fields,and of course the duality wave/particle.
The gravity and the electro magnetism are on a specific dance of evolution, and the dynamic needs to correlate these foundamentals.
When you substitute and play with equations, the referential about the real physicality must respect these foundamentals in fact.
A superimposing thus or an addition must be in this line of reasoning.
BUT like I said before to Peter about the limit of the speed of the light.
It is a limit which imply difficulties to check the space between stars for exemple.
Thus with a point of vue of evolution and its future interactions,that seems bizares this limit of the light.
But we can check the duration inside a spherical referential, and if we check the linear velocity and the rotating spheres, spinals and orbitals, thus we can check the space.
If we pass the light speed, and if the velocity of rotation is not checked, thus the mass, and thus the energy can imply very big problems.
Because the main referential is the Universe and the dynamic is inside this system.

The duality wave particle can be solved by the rotating spheres and their senses and synchronizations in my humble opinion.
Because the rotations of these spheres imply the mass proportionaly .....linear velocity or the stable gravity.
The evolution and the increasing of the mass imply that "the gravity has a rule of modulator of evolution" and that to polarize the electromagnetism and its deceleration due to the superimposings of all gravitational system and their centers.
It is there that the light gauge is essential for the perceptible physicality.
The maximum linear speed and the maximum spinal speed thus can be encircled for the light, one increases the mass, and the other decreases the mass, thus the duality wave particle is better understood.A little If I said , the light has the two maximum for be just at the limit of the mass due to the sense.
An important question is the changement of sense when a polarisation is made.Thus at a specific value, the sense changes .
An other unknown is the maximum velocity of rotation, spinal of a quantum system.
Indeed, the spinal velocity is different than the linear velocity, thus there we can perhaps go above this limit because the gravity is different than the light due to the time and the sense.

as for my one of my other speculation. first of all let us name the space in which the inertial frames travel with a velocity that of c as ZETA SPACE - for brevity sake. let us imagine an electromagnetic wave traveling in this space towards an observer. then according to Doppler shift if any wave is traveling towards an observer then it suffers an increase in it's frequency. from the equation of a wave traveling towards a observer,

where n and n' are real and apparent frequencies of a wave respectively and v is velocity of inertial frames. if you substitute v for c then you will observe that n' tends to infinity! now if the wave crosses the observer then according to the equation of a wave moving away from an observer

if you substitute v for c then you will observe that n' becomes zero that is it's time period tends to infinity!

Proof:
1. Every entity has a velocity of c through the three spatial dimensions.
2. All observers agree that a photon has a velocity of c through the three spatial dimensions.
3. If a photon had any velocity component through the fourth dimension, its velocity would be other than c, which is impossible.
4. Ergo the velocity of the photon is zero through the fourth dimension.
5. Thus, a photon provides a tracer and tracker of the movement and character of the fourth dimension.
6. The fourth dimension is expanding at the rate of c,as is also seen in Minkowski's x4=ict (dx4/dt=ic) from which all of relativity may be derived from the invariance of the Minkowski spacetime metric. Thus the expansion of the fourth dimension naturally leads to all of relativity.
7. The expansion of the fourth dimension is the foundational cause of quantum nonlocality and thus its probability, as a photon has an equal chance of being found anywhere upon a sphere expanding at the rate of c, which is exactly how the expansion of x4 manifests itself.
8. The one-way expansion of the forth dimension provides the foundational asymmetry for time and all its arrows, as well as the second law of thermodynamics.
Thus LTD Theory's simple, foundational, physical model grants us time and all its arrows and asymmetries alongside all of relativity and quantum mechanics.

Early on in the book, a most simple, remarkable, revolutionary drawing is shared. The figure is Sir Isaac Newton's revolutionary drawing of a cannonball being fired off a mountaintop at the North Pole. The drawing depicts what happens as the cannonball is fired with higher and higher velocities. At first, the cannonball lands fairly close to the cannon. Then, with a higher velocity, it lands farther away upon the earth's curved surface. Ultimately, as Newton's figure shows, if the cannonball is fired with a great enough velocity, it will orbit the earth and return to point on the mountaintop from whence it began. Via a simple drawing, Newton showed that the same force which draws objects to the earth can also keep objects in orbit. And so it is that Newton's famous theory and law of universal gravitation was born.
The Greeks, from Pythagoras on down, knew the earth was round. They also knew that objects fell towards the earth. Thus Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle could have drawn Newton's figure. Bruno or Copernicus could have drawn it. Galileo could have drawn it. Kepler could have drawn it, and perhaps he should have! But none of them did. It was Newton who drew it.
Not only does this book celebrate how simple drawings have ever advanced and revolutionized physics, from Thomas Young's sketch of the double slit experiment to Faraday's sketches of the electric and magnetic fields, but it also exalts a brand new theory--Light Time Dimension Theory--exalting and advancing science by these very same, simple methods rooted in simple, physical pictures and ideas.

Would love to do a podcast for FQXI on how LTD Theory stemmed from working with J.A. Wheeler on the nature of time, entanglement, and general relativity!
Simply put, the fabric of spacetime, relativity, quantum probability, nonlocality, and entanglement, and the asymmetry of time were all *PHYSICALLY* REAL in Wheeler's office, and any foundational physics would have to account and exalt all these phenomena.
And that is what LTD Theory does. (have fun browsing the below books--I am hapy to answer anyquestions)

Proof:
1. Every entity has a velocity of c through the three spatial dimensions.
2. All observers agree that a photon has a velocity of c through the three spatial dimensions.
3. If a photon had any velocity component through the fourth dimension, its velocity would be other than c, which is impossible.
4. Ergo the velocity of the photon is zero through the fourth dimension.
5. Thus, a photon provides a tracer and tracker of the movement and character of the fourth dimension.
6. The fourth dimension is expanding at the rate of c,as is also seen in Minkowski's x4=ict (dx4/dt=ic) from which all of relativity may be derived from the invariance of the Minkowski spacetime metric. Thus the expansion of the fourth dimension naturally leads to all of relativity.
7. The expansion of the fourth dimension is the foundational cause of quantum nonlocality and thus its probability, as a photon has an equal chance of being found anywhere upon a sphere expanding at the rate of c, which is exactly how the expansion of x4 manifests itself.
8. The one-way expansion of the forth dimension provides the foundational asymmetry for time and all its arrows, as well as the second law of thermodynamics.
Thus LTD Theory's simple, foundational, physical model grants us time and all its arrows and asymmetries alongside all of relativity and quantum mechanics.

Early on in the book, a most simple, remarkable, revolutionary drawing is shared. The figure is Sir Isaac Newton's revolutionary drawing of a cannonball being fired off a mountaintop at the North Pole. The drawing depicts what happens as the cannonball is fired with higher and higher velocities. At first, the cannonball lands fairly close to the cannon. Then, with a higher velocity, it lands farther away upon the earth's curved surface. Ultimately, as Newton's figure shows, if the cannonball is fired with a great enough velocity, it will orbit the earth and return to point on the mountaintop from whence it began. Via a simple drawing, Newton showed that the same force which draws objects to the earth can also keep objects in orbit. And so it is that Newton's famous theory and law of universal gravitation was born.
The Greeks, from Pythagoras on down, knew the earth was round. They also knew that objects fell towards the earth. Thus Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle could have drawn Newton's figure. Bruno or Copernicus could have drawn it. Galileo could have drawn it. Kepler could have drawn it, and perhaps he should have! But none of them did. It was Newton who drew it.
