I read this essay and was compelled to give it a like, as I thought it was interesting, knowledgeable and well written. These were the things that came to mind while reading it, it is not criticism, I hope you appreciate it:
Section 2:
Statement: "The Decoherence Engine model proposes that it's a collapse and not a search."
Decoherence doesn't cause collapse. They are not the same thing, decoherence does not solve the measurement problem directly.
Section 3:
Statement: "Maintaining a delicate balance between coherent exploration and controlled decoherence is energy draining."
Is there teleology, or will, within this decoherent computation? This seems what you suppose.
Section 4:
I find the proposal for the characteristics of the BQAC an interesting list. Especially the decoherence rate (T2 time) and thermodynamic cost (entropy production) happen to remind me of my own work, which is always a pleasure to see others thinking in a similar, but authentic own way.
The only minus I could find was, that I don't know after reading this essay, what you mean with decoration and decoration rate specifically.
Job well done in my opinion
