The topic of how quantum life is,both philosophically and physically,is a great one. Now it is mainly about information and why life emerges. Let’s simplify and consider the atoms mainly used for life, like the primary “soup” on Earth billions of years ago that created the first amino acids. H, C, N, and O are fascinating atoms.
The real question is how and why these atoms permitted the creation of life and all the diversity that we actually have today, which continues to evolve. We even see an evolution of intelligence, and we also have this phenomenon of consciousness. That is why the real secret is information it seems to me, and that implies deep ontological and philosophical questions about evolution and the diversity created and continuing to evolve .
That is why what Lorraine said is relevant about the fact that there is knowledge,information,that allows all this to happen and the numbers and categories seem important. In my model, I consider the mass-energy-information equivalence, and we have not yet reached these deeper particles and fields. We are actually in a relativistic measurement and observation framework. But we will probably evolve in the near future toward understanding these deeper particles, fields, and information, and if the infinite eternal 0D omnipotent consciousness is a reality, and if our physical structures express a finite part of that consciousness, then this becomes relevant because we have a pure system of particles and they express a form of consciousness. That implies deep ontological possibilities.
Dark energy, dark matter, and photons are the three systems that the universe created cosmologically speaking, and if they exist at this cosmological scale, they probably exist at the quantum scale. That is why I consider dark energy as antigravitational and informational, encoding the photons quanta of electromagnetism and heat, and dark-matter quanta of mass completing the Higgs mechanism. So actually we observe and measure only the relativistic parameters for quantum field theory and general relativity, but there are probably deeper parameters.
The relevance is that it gives a deeper new paradigm about the primary essence,which here is the particles and the 0D aspect,instead of fields and waves. All this is fascinating regarding life and why we exist and from what. There are also deep philosophical questions about the souls if they exist, we don t know of course if we have souls but if all is in a kind of project of evolution like in my theory of spherisation, and that all is always transformed , it is becomes relevant and we know all that the energy and matter and probably informations are in a system of recycling and transformation, they cannot disappear. That is the real theory of nature is more than a simple theory of matters like you tell.
