Hi, congrats on your essay. It is interesting how you approach quantum communication, biophotons, and epigenetics. I believe that we could have deeper parameters and variables underlying information, consciousness, and life. As I explained in other threads, the problem is ontological,it concerns how we consider the primary essence of reality.
Light, photons, and general relativity (GR) are of course important, but I have noticed that most people hesitate to extrapolate deeper possibilities. GR, QFT, QM seem to be incomplete. There are, of course, many things to analyze and experiment with regarding light, information, communication, gene expression and epigenetic mechanisms, encoding, and memory..... But current reasoning could also extrapolate possible deeper informational orders concerning the origin of life, consciousness, and the universe.
It might be that QFT, QM, and GR are manifestations of deeper informational and physical structural causes. Do we have hidden variables? And if so, where are they? Are they within the spacetime information structures of GR? Or in dark energy? Or correlated with deeper ontological universal principles? We don’t know yet, but the existence of negentropy allowing stable and evolutive systems gives us relevant directions to explore.
Why do we observe memory, the persistence of information, evolution, qualia, consciousness, life, free will, and negentropy....? It seems that photons, biophotons, and genes alone are not sufficient to explain these phenomena. I insist that even if GR, the Einstein field equations (EFE), and QFT work well, they are probably incomplete and require deeper ontological and universal parameters to superimpose upon them.
However, most people have difficulty thinking beyond the framework of GR and photons as the primary essence. That is why I call this an ontological or philosophical prison. The Hilbert space is a wonderful tool for GR, like other mathematical frameworks, but what I am trying to extrapolate concerns the ontology of origin.
There is also a problem related to Einstein’s massenergy equivalence even if correct actually in our measurements and experiements and technologies, it reinforces this prison, since it assumes that light is the primary essence. Consequently, with photon oscillations and the mathematical structures of spacetime, we derive various interpretations of QM. The many-worlds interpretation (MWI), with its universal wave function, is also a philosophical prison for example....
But the main point remains,we must question whether photons are truly the primary essence, and reconsider what we actually observe and measure, the core of the measurement problem. The fact to extrapolate possibilities seem important without asserting our assumptions of course, best regards
